A fairy tale castle

Neuschwanstein Castle in the southwest of Bavaria looks like a fairy tale castle. This castle was ordered by King Ludwig II of Bavaria and it was opened in 1886. Many fairy tale castle in movies and even in some of the Disneyland Parks are modeled on  Neuschwanstein Castle.

This photo was taken from the Marienbrücke (Mary's Bridge). I am sorry that the sun did not shine when I took this pic.

This is the castle that we were trying to locate but we were running out of time. Maybe this summer again I will travel to Germany.
