Dresden

The old city from the tower of Kreuzkirche church
Blue Wonder bridge and the historical paddle steamer "Leipzig". This passenger steam boat was built in 1929.

Pillnitz Palace was the former summer residence of the Saxon royal court, built 1720-22 for Augustus the Strong. Today it is the home of a museum.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I hope you find some of it useful or entertaining.

When I went to Germany (mostly Munich) everyone told me I needed to go to Dresden, it was so beautiful. I didn't make it but will next time.
